OUR CENTER:

Sunrise's Heavenly Sent Preschool & Residential Care Facility was originally formed as a Private Preschool in 2008. However, with the changing childcare needs of our surrounding community, we adding new comprehensive list of services as of January 2025. These new services include Afterschool care, with hours extending until 9pm, Overnight Care, Weekend Care, Drop-In Care, Emergency Care Stay (Mother & Children in need - Specifically Furnished Rooms), Parent Night Out Care & 24 Hour Care. OUR STAFF:

Our Director, Mr. Bakari, has 25+ years of teaching experience both here in Kansas City, as well as, in Atlanta, Georgia. As well, 15 year + years in Preschool as facility Director. Our Assistant Director, Mrs. Bakari, the Director's wife, has 15 + years of educational Preschool experience as a Preschool business administrator & classroom management assistant. All staff in our facility have met the following requirements:

at least 3 years of Preschool/childcare related experience.
Pass a comprehensive background check
Be certified in CPR /AED
Be registered with Missouri Childcare Registry - have MOPID
Pass Internal Screening of Child Care Competency Skills & Knowledge
And, finally, have demonstrated a exemplarily level of sincere concern for the welfare for children
